Art Fleming Trail, Danville IL
68ºF Wind NW 5-10 P. Cloudy
High: 78ºF Low: 51ºF

I Observed:
2- Cardinals Calling/Answering
5- Robins thrashing on the leaf litter
15- Grackles around the short-cut trail in the thickets
2- House Sparrows
1- Red-Bellied Woodpecker (Melanerpes carolinus)

Look at the first knot on the right on the big truck.

I watched 2-Cardinals mating

I rescued a flying insect from the stream. It dried out and flew away.

The shrubs are starting to green up

I discovered a pine grove. Different species where planted there so I assumed it did not happen naturally but was a planting.

I have several unidentified plants in the Unidentified plant page.
