Came across this fungus thing on a log. At first I thought it was caulking.

 

The forest valley by the Big Oak is looking very green.

I was putting a hand cart away in my shed when I saw something fly out of my Cherry Tree and land on the ground. At first glance I saw it was a Cardinal but the color was wrong. It was then that I realized it was a fledgling.

Using a new camera and I do not have the knack of it yet.

Water Levels:
1st Bridge - 5" No Flow

Observed Crayfish at the 1st bridge but they ran off when I got too close.

All the purple, yellow and white flowers on the trail are gone.

The flowers are gone and they are starting to fruit on the May Apples.
